OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS 2012
EARLY BIRD DRAW

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER.  To enter this contest (the “Early Bird Draw”), simply visit the web site located at www.dreamjobcontest.ca (the “Website”), and complete and submit your entry by following the instructions on the Website. Each entrant must include the entry information requested in order to receive one (1) entry into the Early Bird Draw.  Any entrant under the age of majority in his or her province or territory of residence will then be asked to obtain permission from his/her parent or legal guardian where indicated and their parent or legal guardian must provide their contact information and indicate their consent on the entry page.  Entries for the Early Bird Draw and entries will be accepted from 12:00:01am (ET) on Monday June 11, 2012 until Sunday September 2, 2012 at 11:59:59pm (ET) (the “Early Bird Draw Period”).Entries received on-line shall be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Illegible or incomplete entries are ineligible. The Early Bird Draw is sponsored by The Bank of Nova Scotia (the “Contest Sponsor”).

2. To enter and to be eligible to win a prize in the Early Bird Draw, entrant must be a legal resident ofCanada, and must have attained the minimum age of 13 on or before the date on which they entered the Early Bird Draw. Entrant must be entering Grade 9 (or equivalent Senior I (Manitoba), Secondary III (Quebec)) in a publicly funded school inCanada in fall of 2012.  Each entrant under the age of majority in his or her province or territory of residence must obtain permission from his/her parent or legal guardian to enter and for the use, collection and disclosure of his/her name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and age, for purposes of administering this Early Bird Draw . the Early Bird Draw,  The Learning Partnership has the right at any time and in its sole discretion to request proof of age and parental/legal guardian consent from any entrant and/or from their parent/legal guardian, and to disqualify any entrant where such consent can not be verified.  Employees of St. Joseph Communications (the “Contest Administrator”),  the Contest Sponsor) or The Learning Partnership and their parents, siblings and children, and persons domiciled with such individuals, as well as their agents, parent, affiliated or related companies, subsidiaries, divisions, prize sponsors, and promotional and advertising agencies and administrators, are ineligible to enter.

3. Early Bird Draw entries will be accepted during the Early Bird Draw Period only.  All entries must include all mandatory field information and an indication of parental/legal guardian consent (where applicable). Limit of one entry per person for the Early Bird Draw, regardless of the number of e-mail addresses, telephone numbers or addresses provided. 

4. On Monday September 3, 2012 at approximately 9:00am (ET), at The Learning Partnership’s offices located at 4211 Yonge Street, Suite 301, Toronto, ON M2P 2A9, The Learning Partnership will randomly draw ten (10) entrants from all eligible entries received during the Early Bird Draw Period.  The names of all ten (10) Early Bird Draw winners will be posted on the Website on Monday September 3, 2012 at approximately 12:00pm (ET), and The Learning Partnership will call the Early Bird Draw winners as set out below. Odds of winning the Early Bird Draw depend on number of entries received during the Early Bird Draw Period.

5. Each Early Bird Draw prize winner will win an Apple 2GB 4th generation iPod shuffle[i] (approximate retail value $50.00 CDN).

6. All prizes must be accepted as awarded. Prizes may not be sold or transferred and are not convertible to cash. The Learning Partnership reserves the right to substitute the prizes in whole or in part for any reason whatsoever. 

7. The Learning Partnership, acting reasonably, will attempt to contact each selected entrant, or the parent or legal guardian of each selected entrant under the age of majority (the “Potential Winner”) by telephone within five (5) business days of the draw in Section 4. In the event an individual who is drawn (a “Potential Winner”), or the parent or legal guardian of a Potential Winner (where applicable), cannot be contacted within five (5) business days he or she will be disqualified and the next alternate potential winner, or the parent or legal guardian of the next alternate potential winner (where applicable) will be notified. The “next alternate potential winner” of the Early Bird Draw will be the next entrant drawn from the eligible entrants. Proof of identification must be provided by the entrant and his/her parent or legal guardian upon request. In order to be declared a winner, a Potential Winner, or if the Potential Winner is under the age of majority, his or her parent or legal guardian, must first correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill testing question administered by The Learning Partnership.  Before being awarded a prize, the parent or legal guardian of each Potential Winner will be required to sign and return, within the time stipulated by The Learning Partnership, all requested documentation, including but not limited to, a full release and indemnity stating that the Potential Winner has read, understood and complied with these Official Rules and Regulations, grants all consents required, authorizes The Learning Partnership to broadcast, publish and disseminate the entrant’s and the Potential Winner’s first name and city of residence in connection with any promotion or publicity in relation to the Early Bird Draw at no additional compensation to the Potential Winner beyond the awarding of or participation in the prize, accepts their prize as offered and releases the Contest Administrator,  Contest Sponsor and The Learning Partnership from any and all liability of any kind arising out of the Potential Winner’s participation in this Early Bird Draw and receipt and use of the prize. In the event that the Potential Winner or the applicable entrant does not comply with all the provisions as contemplated in these Official Rules and Regulations, The Learning Partnership shall have the right to disqualify the Potential Winner and applicable entrant and the next alternate potential winner shall be selected, in which case the Contest Administrator, Contest Sponsor and The Learning Partnership shall be fully and completely released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard. The provisions and procedures referred to above relating to selection and notification of a Potential Winner shall be applied, with the necessary amendments, until all winners have been duly confirmed.  The release and indemnity referred to above must be completed/signed and returned five (5) days from notification of the prize.  Failure to do so may result in disqualification. Once a release and indemnity has been completed/signed and returned, the applicable prize will be delivered by The Learning Partnership by registered mail within two (2) weeks of receipt of such release and indemnity.

8. All decisions of The Learning Partnership with respect to any aspect of this Early Bird Draw, including without limitation the eligibility of entries, are final and binding on all entrants in all matters as they relate to this Early Bird Draw.

9. By entering this Draw, the entrant, and the parent or legal guardian of each entrant under the age of majority (i) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Contest Administrator, Contest Sponsor and The Learning Partnership, their parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from any claim or liability arising from or related to participation in this Early Bird Draw, and/or acceptance and/or use of any prize; and (ii) agree to accept and abide by these Official Contest Rules and Regulations.

10.  The Contest Administrator, Contest Sponsor and The Learning Partnership assume no responsibility for lost, late, delayed, destroyed or misdirected e-mail or any computer errors or malfunctions. No correspondence will be entered into with any non-selected entrants, except as detailed herein, and except with entrants requesting names of prize winner(s) (for which a self-addressed, postage paid envelope must be included). The Contest Administrator, Contest Sponsor and The Learning Partnership do not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, printing errors, lost, delayed or garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. If for any reason, in the opinion of The Learning Partnership, in its sole discretion, the Early Bird Draw is not capable of running as originally planned, or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity or the proper conduct of the Early Bird Draw is corrupted or adversely affected, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond its control, The Learning Partnership reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, amend, extend or suspend the Early Bird Draw subject to the approval of the Régie in Quebec including canceling any method of entry, and to select winners from previously received eligible entries. In addition, The Learning Partnership reserves the right to modify these Official Rules and Regulations for any of the reasons above. The Learning Partnership reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Early Bird Draw or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules and Regulations or otherwise in a disruptive manner. The Learning Partnership further reserves the right subject to the approval of the Régie in Quebec to terminate the Early Bird Draw and conduct the draw from all on-line entries previously received during the Early Bird Draw Period. Any attempt to deliberately damage the Website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Early Bird Draw is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, The Learning Partnership reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent of the law. Neither the Contest Administrator, the Contest Sponsor or The Learning Partnership shall be held responsible for any errors or negligence that may arise or occur in connection with the Early Bird Draw including any damage to an entrant’s computer equipment, system, software or any combination thereof, as a result of their participation in this Early Bird Draw or from downloading any material from the Website.

12.  This Early Bird Draw is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). By submitting personal information to the Contest Administrator, or Contest Sponsor or The Learning Partnership, entrants and their parents/legal guardians (where applicable) consent to the Contest Administrator and Contest Sponsor's collection, use and disclosure of such personal information for the purposes: (1) of administering and publicizing the Early Bird Draw (2) of publicizing future editions of the Early Bird Draw; (3) of publicizing the Take Our Kids to Work program; (4) of protecting the Contest Administrator, Contest Sponsor,  The Learning Partnership, their respective affiliates, and other third parties against, and detecting, error and fraud and other illegal activity; (5) as otherwise disclosed to the entrant and for which the Contest Administrator, Contest Sponsor or The Learning Partnership obtain entrant’s consent; and (6) as permitted or required by law.  Certain of the Contest Administrator’s servers are located in the United States, such as at West Coast Data Center, 2260 E. El , Segundo Blvd,  Los Angeles, CA and at East Coast Data Center, 44480 Hastings Dr., Ashburn, VA  (Privacy policy informationhttp://mediatemple.net/company/legal/privacy.php), and personal information may be transferred to these servers in the U.S.  Entrants and their parents/legal guardians (where applicable) agree that by providing the Contest Administrator, Contest Sponsor or The Learning Partnership with their personal information, their personal information may be subject to U.S. laws, regulations and/or court orders and may be disclosed to third parties or U.S. authorities in complying with U.S. laws, regulations and/or court orders.  If consent is given by opting in at the time of entry, personal information may be used to provide the entrants with information relating to upcoming promotions of the Contest Sponsor or The Learning Partnership, future contest news, up-dates or special offers or information about The Learning Partnership programs.  Entrants and their parents/legal guardians (where applicable)  are able to opt in to receive such marketing information.  To the extent that an entrant provides the Contest Administrator, Contest Sponsor or The Learning Partnership with personal information of another person, such entrant represents that he or she has the authority and/or has obtained all necessary consents from such person to enable the Contest Administrator or The Learning Partnership, as applicable, to collect, use and disclose such personal information for the purposes set forth above.  Any inquiry concerning the personal information held and used by The Learning Partnership should be addressed to Veronica Lacey at The Learning Partnership, 4211 Yonge Street, Suite 301, Toronto, Ontario M2P 2A9 and The Learning Partnership Privacy Policy may be viewed at www.thelearningpartnership.ca.  In addition, The Learning Partnership’s privacy policy may be found athttp://www.thelearningpartnership.ca/privacy_statement.htm. RESIDENTS OF QUEBEC: Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the board only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

3. Photo Contest submissions will be accepted during the Photo Contest Period only.  All entries must include all mandatory field information, an indication of parental/legal guardian consent (where applicable), a 25 word submission, and a photograph of the entrant’s idea of a dream job (the “Dream Job Photo”) that complies with the photograph submission guidelines in paragraph 6 below. Except as specifically set out herein, limit of one entry per person per day for the Photo Contest, regardless of the number of e-mail addresses, telephone numbers or addresses provided.

4. The Learning Partnership will choose twenty (20) Dream Job Photos (the “Preliminary Weekly Selections”) from all eligible entries received by 11:59:59pm (ET) on the Sunday (each, a “Weekly End Date”) at the end of each week of the Photo Contest Period (each, a “Selection Week”) and based on the criteria in paragraph 6 .   At approximately 12:00pm (ET) on the following dates, the Contest Sponsor will select and post to the Website ten (10) of the Preliminary Weekly Selections that correspond to the immediately previous Selection Weekbased on the criteria in paragraph 6 (the “Final Weekly Selections”):  Monday September 10, 2012, Monday September 17, 2012, Monday September 24, 2012, Monday October 1, 2012, Monday October 8, 2012 and Monday October 15, 2012.   All Final Weekly Selections will  remain on the Website until the end of the Photo Contest Period.  Visitors to the Website may vote for these Final Weekly Selections once per day from the date it is posted up to and including the next Weekly End Date (the “Weekly Voting Period”).  The three (3) Final Weekly Selections drawing the most numbers of votes during each Weekly Voting Period will be eligible for the corresponding Weekly Prizes.  If the consent of a parent or legal guardian cannot be confirmed for a Final Weekly Selection by The Learning Partnership, then The Learning Partnership reserves the right not to post that Final Weekly Selection, and/or to remove it from the Website and disqualify it from eligibility for a prize.  Each Final Weekly Selection that receives the most votes during it’s corresponding Weekly Voting Period (each, a “Finalist Photo”) will advance to the Grand Prize Photo Gallery. 

5. Visitors to the Grand Prize Photo Gallery at the Website may vote for these six Finalist Photos between October 22, 2012 12:00:01am (ET) and October 28, 2012 11:59:59pm (ET) (the “Grand Prize Voting Period”).  The entrant who submits the Finalist Photo that receives the most votes during the Grand Prize Voting Period (the “Grand Prize Winner”) will win the Grand Prize, subject to these Official Rules and Regulations, and will be announced at approximately 12:00pm (ET) on October 29, 2012 at The Learning Partnership’s offices located at 4211 Yonge Street, Suite 301, Toronto, ON M2P 2A9, which announcement may be made on media such as, without limitation, the Website, Contest Sponsor’s website, The Learning Partnership’s website, television and press release, in The Learning Partnership’s sole discretion. Odds of winning the Photo Contest depend, in part, on the number of eligible entries received. 

6. Submission Guidelines

Photograph

• Photograph must be taken by the entrant inCanadabetween September 3, 2012 and October 14, 2012 and entrant must be the owner of all rights in the photograph.  Entrant must obtain the consent of all identifiable persons in the photograph with respect its potential use, distribution, and related transfer of rights as set out in these Official Rules and Regulations.

• Photographs are selected based on the following criteria: the photograph should be creative and visually appealing

• Photographs must be real images taken by a digital or standard camera. Any standard camera prints mailed in will not be eligible for participation. Standard camera prints may be scanned and uploaded to the Website but must be in jpeg, gif, or png file format (72 dpi; minimum of 800px, maximum of 6 MB). Content of images must not be altered, manipulated or adjusted. Composite photographs, multiple exposures, manipulated images and images owned by third parties are not eligible for entry in the Photo Contest.

• Photographs that are illegal, defamatory, or obscene as determined by the Contest Sponsor or The Learning Partnership, will not be eligible. By submitting a photograph you certify that you have the right to distribute that photograph.

• Photographs which have been previously published or publicly exhibited are not eligible to win.

• Photographs will not be returned. Entries become the property of  The Learning Partnership, including all intellectual property rights in all photographs submitted. All entrants irrevocably agree that by submitting entries and entering the Photo Contest, he or she transfers and assigns all right, title and interest in the photographs to The Learning Partnership and waives all moral rights in such photographs. The Learning Partnership reserves the right to display the photographs in any form of media, including, without limitation, newspaper, Internet websites and/or television only in connection with the Photo Contest, future editions of the Photo Contest, and the Take Our Kids to Work program. The Learning Partnership reserves the unlimited right to edit or manipulate the photographs for purposes of better editorial display.

Written Submission

a. The accompanying 25 word submission should convey passion for the Ultimate Dream Job to the reader.

Refer a Friend

• By referring three (3) friends in one day, entrants will be allowed to submit another entry for the Photo Contest, however no friend can be referred more than once by the same entrant.  Entrants must obtain the consent of each referred person prior to referring such person.

7. Grand Prize:  One Grand Prize will be awarded to the Grand Prize Winner consisting of a return trip economy airfare to Ottawa from the international airport closest to the winner’s place of residence for the winner and his or her travel companion who must be the winner’s parent or legal guardian.  While in Ottawa, the winner and his or her travel companion will stay at the Lord Elgin Hotel for two (2) nights (one room, double occupancy) and on November 7, 2012, meet with the Honourable Andrew Scheer, duties permitting. While in Ottawa, the winner and his or her travel companion may also tour national attractions and monuments, such as, but not necessarily all of: Parliament Hill, The National Gallery of Canada, The Royal Canadian Mint or the Canadian Museum of Civilization.  The cost of such tours and attractions, if any, and transportation to and from such tours and attractions and airports, as well as all meals will be covered by The Learning Partnership up to a maximum value of $350.00 CDN. The Grand Prize will be awarded by The Learning Partnership and has an approximate total retail value of $2,450.00 CDN, though this may vary depending on the departure city.  Other than what is described in these Official Rules and Regulations, the winner is responsible for all costs and expenses.  Winner and travel companion will arrive in Ottawa on November 6, 2012 and depart November 8, 2012.  Flight times and other details are dependent on the departure city.

8. All entrants whose submission is selected as a Finalist Photo will win the 1st prize listed below and the opportunity to compete for the Grand Prize.  All entrants whose Final Weekly Selection receives the second highest number of votes will win the 2nd prize listed below.  All entrants whose Final Weekly Selection receives the third highest number of votes will win the 3rd prize listed below.  The term “Week” in the table below refers to the Selection Week from which the Final Weekly Selections were chosen pursuant to paragraph 4.

9. Top 5 Schools Prize: There are five (5) top schools prizes each consisting of a cheque for $1,000.00 CDN payable to each of the five (5) schools whose students submitted the highest number of eligible entries into the Photo Contest.

10.  All prizes must be accepted as awarded. Prizes may not be sold or transferred and are not convertible to cash. The Learning Partnership reserves the right to substitute the prizes in whole or in part for any reason whatsoever. 

11.  The Learning Partnership, acting reasonably, will attempt to contact each potential winner of a prize (a “Potential Winner”), or the parent or legal guardian of each Potential Winner under the age of majority, by telephone within five (5) business days of the applicable draw or winner announcement. In the event a Potential Winner or the parent or legal guardian of a Potential Winner (where applicable) cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, the Potential Winner will be disqualified and the next alternate Potential Winner, or the parent or legal guardian of the next alternate Potential Winner (where applicable) will be notified. The “next alternate Potential Winner” of the Photo Contest will be the entrant whose Dream Job Photo received the next highest number of votes for the prize in question.  Proof of identification must be provided by the Potential Winner and his or her parent or legal guardian upon request. In order to be declared a winner, a Potential Winner, or if the Potential Winner is under the age of majority, his or her parent or legal guardian, must first correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill testing question administered by The Learning Partnership.  Before being awarded a prize, the parent or legal guardian of each Potential Winner will be required to sign and return, within the time stipulated by The Learning Partnership, all requested documentation, including but not limited to, a full release and indemnity stating that the Potential Winner has read, understood and complied with these Official Rules and Regulations, grants all consents required including a copyright assignment and waiver of moral rights, authorizes The Learning Partnership to broadcast, publish and disseminate the Potential Winner’s first name, city of residence, photograph, likeness, and voice, in connection with any promotion or publicity in relation to the Photo Contest at no additional compensation to the Potential Winner beyond the awarding of or participation in the prize, accepts their prize as offered and releases the Contest Administrator, Contest Sponsor and The Learning Partnership from any and all liability of any kind arising out of the Potential Winner’s participation in this Photo Contest and receipt and use of the prize.  If travel is included in the prize, then the travel companion may be required to sign a similar release.  In the event that the Potential Winner does not comply with all the provisions as contemplated in these Official Rules and Regulations, The Learning Partnership shall have the right to disqualify the Potential Winner and the next alternate Potential Winner shall be selected, in which case the Contest Administrator, Contest Sponsor and The Learning Partnership shall be fully and completely released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard. The provisions and procedures referred to above relating to selection and notification of a Potential Winner shall be applied, with the necessary amendments, until all winners have been duly confirmed.  The release and indemnity referred to above must be completed/signed and returned within five (5) days from notification of the prize.  Failure to do so may result in disqualification. Once a release and indemnity has been completed/signed and returned, the applicable prize will be delivered by The Learning Partnership by registered mail within two (2) weeks of receipt of such release and indemnity.

12.  All decisions of The Learning Partnership with respect to any aspect of this Photo Contest, including without limitation the eligibility of entries, are final and binding on all entrants in all matters as they relate to this Photo Contest.

13.  By entering this Photo Contest, the entrant, and the parent or legal guardian of each entrant under the age of majority (i) represent that the Dream Job Photo submission(s) does not infringe any third party’s copyright, trade-mark or other intellectual property rights; (ii) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Contest Administrator, Contest Sponsor and The Learning Partnership, their parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from any claim or liability arising from or related to submission of the Dream Job Photo, participation in this Photo Contest, posting of the Dream Job Photo in any form of media, and/or acceptance and/or use of any prize; (iii) agree to accept and abide by these Official Rules and Regulations; and (iv) acknowledge and agree that by submitting entries to the Photo Contest, they transfer and assign, all right, title and interest in the Dream Job Photo(s) to The Learning Partnership and further agree that all moral rights in the Dream Job Photo(s) are waived.

14.  The Contest Administrator, Contest Sponsor and The Learning Partnership assume no responsibility for lost, late, delayed, destroyed or misdirected e-mail or any computer errors or malfunctions. No correspondence will be entered into with any non-selected entrants, except as detailed herein, and except with entrants requesting names of prize winner(s) (for which a self-addressed, postage paid envelope must be included). The Contest Administrator, Contest Sponsor and The Learning Partnership do not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, printing errors, lost, delayed or garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. If for any reason, in the opinion of The Learning Partnership, in its sole discretion, the Photo Contest is not capable of running as originally planned, or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity or the proper conduct of the Photo Contest is corrupted or adversely affected, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond its control, The Learning Partnership reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, amend, extend or suspend the Photo Contest subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools in Quebec including canceling any method of entry, and to select winners from previously received eligible entries. In addition, The Learning Partnership reserves the right to modify these Official Rules and Regulations for any of the reasons above. The Learning Partnership reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Photo Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules and Regulations or otherwise in a disruptive manner. The Learning Partnership further reserves the right subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools in Quebec to terminate the on-line portion of the Photo Contest and conduct the Photo Contest from all on-line entries previously received during the Photo Contest Period. Any attempt to deliberately damage the Website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Photo Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, The Learning Partnership reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent of the law. Neither the Contest Administrator, the Contest Sponsor or The Learning Partnership shall be held responsible for any errors or negligence that may arise or occur in connection with the Photo Contest including any damage to an entrant’s computer equipment, system, software or any combination thereof, as a result of their participation in this Photo Contest or from downloading any material from the Website.

16.  This Photo Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). By submitting personal information to the Photo Contest, entrants and their parents/legal guardians (where applicable) consent to the Contest Administrator and Contest Sponsor's collection, use and disclosure of such personal information for the purposes: (1) of administering and publicizing the Photo Contest; (2) of publicizing future editions of the Photo Contest; (3) of publicizing the Take Our Kids to Work program; (4) of protecting the Contest Administrator, Contest Sponsor,  The Learning Partnership, their respective affiliates, and other third parties against, and detecting, error and fraud and other illegal activity; (5) as otherwise disclosed to the entrant and for which the Contest Administrator, Contest Sponsor or The Learning Partnership obtain entrant’s consent; and (6) as permitted or required by law.  Certain of the Contest Administrator’s servers are located in the United States, such as at West Coast Data Center, 2260 E.
